Monthly Rental Program Highlights
- RV Requirements: We welcome RVs over 20 feet and less than 20 years old. Site-specific regulations ensure you find the perfect fit for your stay.
- Flexible Options: Choose between premium sites near the Blue River or Swan River. While we strive to accommodate preferences, specific site requests cannot be guaranteed.
- Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends! A maximum of two dogs or three total pets is allowed with a $200 pet fee.
Rates and Terms
- Security Deposit: A $1,000 deposit is required at booking ($500 for returning guests).
- Utilities: Water, sewer, and high-speed wireless internet are included. Tenants are responsible for electric and propane costs.
- Cancellations: Leases are binding, and deposits are non-refundable in case of early departure or cancellation.
- Occupancy and Parking: A maximum of six adults per site is permitted, with space for up to two vehicles depending on the site.
Resort Policies
- Maintenance of Sites: Tenants are responsible for keeping their sites clean and undamaged. Minimum cleaning fees of $250 apply for any issues like oil or hydraulic stains.
- Subletting: Subletting is not permitted. All occupants must be named on the lease.
- Lease Payments: Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with late fees applied after the 6th. Payments can be made via check, debit, or credit cards (cash not accepted).
